A fair person makes judgments that are free from discrimination and always considers equality and equity as a means to achieve an environment, making sure everyone gets what they need.

In the workplace, equity and equality can produce fairness and the perception that everyone has a fair shot at recognition, promotion, and awards. Equality is treating everyone the same, and equity is providing everyone with the resources and support they need to be successful, this often increases employee engagement, satisfaction and productivity exponentially.

Society is founded on the concept of fairness, and if everyone was able to participate equally they could elevate the value and good for all of society. In the workplace or in life, fair treatment can increase health and wellbeing.
