Most often analytical thinkers are quiet, reserved, often introverts who like to be left to their thoughts and think things through. They are likely to use analysis and logic for reasoning and decision making.

Being analytical also drives curiosity and the desire to get to the bottom of a problem or task at hand. They are usually modest people who are motivated to understand how the world works and getting to the root of things.

Analytical skills can be used in critical thinking, to visualize, articulate, conceptualize or solve complex problems, but also simple problems, the core foundation being that decisions are made based on the actual information given and available.
