Being passionate often refers to the intense emotional or visible enthusiasm a person exhibits. It can often be extreme or a powerful emotion or feeling, and can refer to a person, an object, an experience, or anything. Often passionate people will try to convince others why their passion is worthy!
Passion can be anything that simultaneously challenges, intrigues, and motivates a person. “Doing what you love” puts passion to work, it can be motivating, and someone passionate about what they do will sacrifice and work harder to achieve their goals. Hence being in the right role is crucial.
Passion is often referred to as a critical component of happiness and can help people feel they have a purpose. It is a reason to keep learning, to travel, to keep working, to have new experiences. It also creates a connection, because often social bonds are created over a common passion, e.g sports teams.
