Our graduate programme
Join us and you’ll be part of a rapidly changing business that will constantly test your technical and personal skills. As a graduate on the supply and trading technology programme, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping the business with new systems, working in partnership with traders to develop new ways of working for the future. Our carefully thought-out approach will provide opportunities to increase your technical knowledge and personal capabilities through practical experience and formal training that’s tailored to your needs.
The programme offers some of the best training and development the industry has to offer. Typically lasting two years, you’ll have the opportunity to work in two very different teams — giving you experience of a delivery role and a supporting function. During the programme, you will:

Who we look for
Because we offer such a breadth of opportunity, you could come to us with a good degree in a range of subjects. What’s most important is that you have development skills in one or more of the following: C++, Java, .NET, scripting languages or XLM, and at least one object operational database. We’ll also expect you to have demonstrable experience of delivery using a broad set of technologies in an academic or business situation and experience of working with real time or large complex data sets.
